I feel terrible as a fan that we lost this way yet again. I remember the late Archer days, the Hallman days, the Dinardo late days and remember how bad that was but this just stinks.

These losses don't change my life and the sun came up today as I told my PISSED OFF 13 yo daughter it would but my heart hurts .. mainly for those kids who played their hearts out.

That said, don't give up boys -- 9-3 is something to play for.

Beat Arkansas and Beat the Aggies!!

You are not alone, my friend.

I actually tried to figure out a way I could afford calling in sick on Monday. I work with a gump. He desk is decorated with houndstooth. She (and her family) are so cocky and they will wear that hideous monogrammed "A" all week. But that is about me.

THOSE BOYS.... I hurt for them. They gave their all.... I was proud of them. I was proud of Tiger fans ... The stadium was perfect.

LOVE LSU.... my heart hurts, too, my friend.

This FACT is why my hear hurts as well.

Losing to that arrogant bunch of pricks is bad enough, but knowing it is going to continue unabated because their coach owns ours makes it worse.

It is just one game and LSU played really well without a QB and with young players. Some of you make too much out of it. Lets build on this and try to improve. If anything it is Bama that should be worried about its performance. They have no excuse to play like this, lose to Ole Miss and played like they did vs Arkansas.

I'm right there with you. I honestly think it's why the atmosphere, while great, never reached that best ever level. We are snakebit vs this team. Even when we did beat them, a reset button was pushed and they got to erase it. We beat them at every aspect of the game and find a way to lose. It's maddening

I know that ... it's always the group that won't be on the field again that my heart hurts for. I'm not trying to make a lot out of it. We did play hard and I agree that it IS INDEED just one game. I think it's the building from here that concerns me .. 10 games are gone .. 2 left .. I'm hoping that those boys still care. We can still create some havoc right?

It is called conservative mentality. When you are an underdog you go for it.

I get it. But damn, historically Bama has owned LSU since inception so what's different this morning If anything, Bama's perceived dominance should be questioned as they should have lost to a bunch of young kids with NO QB or offense to speak of.

SJS the difference this morning is that in 2012 and 2014 we had this game won. WON. And then we didn't.

I'm a girl and can't talk xs and os of football but I can tell you that it SUCKS in general to lose that way to anyone .. not just Bama. I was in Lexington in 2007 ... THAT SUCKED. I was in TS in 2007 for Arkansas. THAT SUCKED.

My heart just hurts.

It might have seemed like it because we beat them so bad in time of possession. Bama actually had a lot more yards and the some number of turnovers.

Mine used to also after a loss like this but I've come to expect and accept 3-4 loses most years.

I've decided we are not going to change coaches out of fear that we might have a year or two of 4-5 loses so we just have to accept it I guess. Unless Miles goes for the Michigan job and gets it, we're stuck with the man.

Many fans cry about who is out there that can do better than CLM. My response to them is how many coaches out there do so much more with much less talent? Think about some of the smaller schools who are always competitive with far less talent. There are very good coaches out there that would kill for this HC job and are very capable.

Just think about it. If Alabama outplayed LSU for 59 minutes and LSU won at the end, there would be a lot of people here who say we were dominated and got lucky by the personal foul penalty and how lucky Miles is.

I'm with u man. Im definitely having a hard time letting this one go this morning. There is just something about this loss that's extra painful. I think its just the way we lost, knowing it should have easily been a win. I just hope all these young players are equally as pissed, and carry this into the next few years when they play Bama. Hey. But always

Ole Miss loss to Auburn was worse. Except for the last minute LSU exceeded my expectations.
