The Piper Cherokee is easier to fly and more forgiving on landings. Basically lands itself. Cessna 172 is nose heavy on landing as compared to it but okay when flying level. Both are reliable. Look around and see what is available and pick the one that seems like the best buy given the flying hours ...

Why'd I so many people still have water pipes that are exposed and not insulated? It's not the 1960's. It's not that hard or expensive to do. Better yet close off the underside of their house so cold air can't get under it and save yourself a ton on heating and cooling bills as well as end the mise...

I believe they had a DB quit earlier this season and 1 QB transfered. Now they have 2 more QBs announce they're transferring after final game. Pretty sure that frees up 4 adds to this seasons count they're allowed. Throw in a couple grey shirts and they can be at at least 30 this year. ...

It's actually probably Cooper and Constantine. If it's not it's at least two disimiliar metal wires connected at one end. 1/2" of rain fell early this morning that helped slow most wild fires to a crawl. There are many structures are still burning. The issue is high winds are expected to return tonight before heavier rains began in early morning. It may be bad again tonight.
All of Gatlinburg is closed and off limit...

70 homes reported burned in Wears Valley, 70 around Pigeon Forge and 200-300 structures lost in Gatlinburg. It's really bad it seems.
Dollywood came close but didn't burn. Ober Gatlinburg okay. Aquarium is okay. Main Street in Gatlinburg is okay. ...

Miles finds a job so we don't have to pay his full salary per the buy out clause? His new salary would then be deducted from what we have to pay him. I mean it could cost us upwards of 10-12 million per year to pay two top dollar coaches otherwise not counting the rest of the staff. ...

In the op you stated the engine will not rev up?
Does it try to increase rpm but spudders and misfires? Or does it never even attempt to increase rpms like it would had you not even touched the gas peddle?
