when asked about overhauling the offense, actually said :

"does that include the running game, are we taking Leonard Fournette out the offense?"

"do we want to consider change, you betcha"

"but a serious overhaul, maybe it's appropriate, maybe it's a little much"

Personally I would agree with all that. It's not like they haven't been trying to do more on offense this season. Even when Harris continuously misfires they still keep trying. But you do have a ball game to try to win. In past years Miles would have shelved the shotgun and pass game long ago, this year they kept trying to get it going dispite the awefullness of it all.

Does the offense often look discombobulated and poorly coached? yes

Do the QB's seem to be progressing? not really

Is the scheme awefull this season? Maybe, maybe not. But I don't know what should be different about it that would improve it. That question was much easier to answer last year because it actually was so one dimensional and uncreative.

Is the head coach directly responsible for QB development and whether the offense is disciplined and executes plays well? Well he does hire the OC, so indirectly he is.

Is Cam really a QB guru?

Why does the offense look so out of sync and undisciplined? Does an OC have anything to do with that

No changes are needed, we love Les! What do you think we are, mean-spirited?

It's hard for any offense to get in sync when the QB lacks accuracy to get it done.

Yeah I don't expect any coach to give a detailed bullet point breakdown of what changes are going to be implemented minutes after last game of year. Especially after this week. The potential hiring of new OC/cam firing will say all that needs to be truly said.

I have to laugh at some of the asinine comments about "needing to change". Do we need to tweak the system? Absolutely we do. We had a very young QB running the system. He was developing very well. Then he got punched in the mouth and started playing scared. He got in his own head and regressed. This happens ALL THE TIME. The trick is to get him out of the funk and back to progressing. The injuries on the O line were very detrimental as well. Look around the league and see how many offenses face the same thing when multiple starters on the line go down. O line is not plug and play. These kids have to play many snaps together to learn what your brother will be doing and learning to trust that person. That takes time. Back to the game plan though. The play calling was actually very good coming out of the gate. We were throwing on running downs and had receivers open. The QB couldn't execute. What do you do then? Throw in the towel? The line was getting a decent push so they lined up and ran it down their throat until they collapsed. JUST LIKE BAMA DID TO US AND TO AUBURN. Bama ran the same play 9 times in a row and said beat us. But none of that fits the narrative so carry on. Your mileage may vary.
