So you play Madden? XBOX 360 or PS3?
some of us have actually played the sport post high school. Some of us have a GA job lined up after we graduate. Where as the average rantard might watch 2 games a week, some of us watch 10+ hours of film per week. Some of us have written an entire playbook using the pistol alignment, complete with terminology and run blocking schemes(basic pass blocking schemes because i haven't studied them long enough yet), and a basic defensive playbook utilizing 4-2-5 personnel. I've even received an email to my TD mail acct regarding writing for an up & coming web blog he wants to get off the ground this spring. So yea, not your average rantard here.

Would you start QB that gets sacked or throws an Int every 6.25 pass attempts?
when he has a better upside than the other choices, yes. And thats what Les Miles did.

Nine times out of ten, Lee is going to grab it and let it fly. Period.
Would you trade two picks for two TDs this past Monday?

B/c the defense was only giving up FG's.
Hell, I'd given 5 picks for 2 Tds. At least we would have had a chance.

Seventh Ward Tiger....On Jeffersons interception, the running back was a smart player. As soon as he saw jefferson running, he became a blocker and no longer a receiver. Good thinking.

When you are laying on your back from getting sacked you having nothing but an upside so I guess by that logic Jefferson does have the most upside. I can't argue with you on that point.

Saban started jamarcus also. Mikes can only be blamed for the JJ/ Lee fiasco. Its been haunting us since 08 and i just hope things change going foward. The first 4 qbs miles has brought in have been total failures. Lets hope we dont ruin these next 4. RP, Jl, JJ, CG, and you can add ZL in there, but i give less a pass for getting ZM.

Great part of the loss, and leaving JJ & JL aside, was the fact that Miles kept on trying the same rushing offense scheme thru out the game when it was obviously not working as early as the 1Q. To me, he should have gone to his Offensive coordinator and come up with another offensive strategy. Aren't those folks up there in the press box get paid to do?

Why not even try using Lee to throw screens or slants and see what comes out of that? the coaches totally lacked creativity.

Absolutely I would trade a couple picks for touchdowns, which is the reason I thought Lee should have a gotten a shot in the game. He'll let it fly most of the time regardless of what he sees, but he's much more accurate than Jefferson. If we can get a receiver open, he's much more likely to get the ball to him.

This game reminded me so much of the Florida game in 2009. In both games, it looked like our offensive gameplan was to run the ball up the middle and then let Jefferson hold the ball until he got sacked. At least TRY to throw the ball down the field. Having a pulse isn't a bad thing.

Wow Mr. 7th ward, you are so very smart. Would you care to summarize the reason(s) that the LSU team that took the field Monday night bore little resemblance to that of the 13 previous games? Do not feel that you need to resort to sophisticated football jargon and calculations, but just explain it to us like "average rantards."

Sincerely,

The White Tiger

We have pocket QBs for the next 4 years. Are we gonna forfeit all our games against Bama? Is it possible we will think of ways to adjust to pressure and use a good pocket passer to our advantage?

If you want to see what a quality SEC QB looks like in 2012 watch Mettenberger - I look for Randle to get some playing time too! Quality QB depth for the next few years won't be our problem.

Can you really do worse than zero on offense? After the underhand toss to #37 (which JJ blamed on SW11- apparently for covering the eye on the back of his head with his helmet), you got to try something different. Get the guy from the Dr. Pepper QB challenge to give it a try. It couldn't be any worse than what we got from JJ.

Thank you Tiger Vision, Plenty to see there. I appreciate you taking the time and doing homework to post. People need to know the truth and at least you have the gonads to take some time and do it. Thats the deal the staff needs to be called on teh carpet when they spew out BS. Miles theory of avoiding sacks as to his sticking with JJ is Bs plain and simple and you r stats show that. Thanks.
