one more year with this YOUNG,talented team and ensure we bring in this #1 recruiting class. With all these talented players we are bringing in and the youth on this squad, he deserves one good last go at a national championship.Plus, we do get bama at home next year.

I'm a residential positiger, and even I'm saying that enough is enough. I will miss him and thank him for a lot of great memories, but something has to give here.

They will justify anything because they don't know how life really works.

And knowing he is a lame duck you would write off next years recruiting class.

I have zero problem with letting him coach next year.Providing that LSU wins at least 11 games and gets into the playoff...If he cant...Then he is gone..Screw it..Py him his money and get Jim Mora jr. in here.He will do as well as Miles has done...AGAIN... I am still waiting for the list of coaches that can come here and do better than Les not named Harbaugh, Saban, or Meyer........

No he doesn't.

Regardless of the strategy and team philosophy, the players aren't responding to him anymore. And that's worse than having an Xs and Os issue.

It's over and it should be over.

I defended miles for a long time, I was actually one of the first ones or maybe even the first one who started calling people negatigers. I feel pretty stupid after these last 3 weeks and past few seasons. I'm tired of this not knowing the plays BS and time management BS and overall malaise of the program. Its time to move on. The negatigers were right all along.

Cannon, I agree but with the caveat that the offensive coordinator has to be replaced and then allowed to run the offense without Miles input..... Having said that, I understand that both getting a quality coordinator will be next to impossible and asking Miles to butt out of the offense is unrealistic too...................

No he doesn't. He's had years to right the ship and is in the way to squandering the talents of the best recruiting class in LSU history, and best player since AP and H walker. His stubbornness in poor coaching hires like Peveto, Steele have put him in this position. If he made Cameron design the Miles offense instead of letting him donhisnown thing, then that's on him also. He made this mess, and now the day of reckoning has come. Good man, but not a great coach at this point.

But you're still stuck with Miles stubborn offense, and his lack of ability to coach an offense.

He has special teams problems
He has defensive problems

and for many years an offensive game plan problem

None of the things can be fixed going into next year without a miracle

I would hedge my bets with a new coach...time to start over

the next coach is walking into a good situation
