As ell said. Avoided both vandy and UF and had a horrific OOC schedule. Just making it to Omaha was definitely achievable and almost expected, especially with this roster.
If he can do that with next years team then that is certainly impressive.

So much butt hurt going on with the "armchair wannabes".

You realize they actually have to play the games. They can't just roll the ball out there. LSU won 54 games (most in NCAA) and were 5th out of 300 D1 schools.
Everyone gives him credit for recruiting it's well deserved. But then he turns around and complains about the disadvantage in the types of players he has to recruit vs Vandy & Florida? He blames everyone for loses and makes ridiculous excuses about recruiting. LSU gets the pick of the litter.
You think LSU has less talent than Virginia?
Did he develope Lange & Porche or were they natural talents that needed a little guidance? Coaching was really needed for our 3rd & 4th starters in the rotation because it looks like he didn't get this team ready for the post season.
