As much as I would love to see Latz pitch in 2015, CPM is making the right decision.

I'm not too surprised about this bit of news, but still disappointed he didn't get to pitch this year. Don't rush anything at this point, just get him healthy and ready for next year.

Been calling it all year, good idea to just shut him down and not rush him. Our weekend rotation has been better than expected considering Latz has been injured all year and we lost Mac Marshall at the last second. Imagine if we had both this year, who gets left out of the weekend rotation? Crazy to think about.

Based on mental strength, I'm guessing Marshall doesn't get a weekend spot on this team. Though he is averaging 13 K/9 at Chipola.

I thought he was going to be our closer until the Championship series in Omaha when he would take over number 1 spot in the starting rotation?

He's basically not even pitching at Chipola. He has 30 IP all season and has thrown in like 2 games a total of 4 IP the last month and a half.
Anyone know if anything is wrong with him? He cant expected to be drafted very high if hes not even pitching right?

oh well, it may be hard for him to get in the rotation next year, Poche Lange and Bain may be pretty set next year.
