Characteristics of a quality program in place. Need to fix a few things.
There is a necessity that QB play quality no matter what year it is. Must be things done to accomodate those guys skills.

Met with Chavis yesterday.
What you do is confirm or change impression he had from the sideline depending on what the call was, etc.
