Wow. The stupidity in this thread is awesome! So Jj is doing interviews at espn and that equals a heisman push? Maybe Jj is doing interviews because he's the senior qb of a top 5 team?

I will support LSU and their qb. If you choose to constantly degrade the team, are you really a fan?
Or are you a spoiled brat like Rudy who whines when they don't get exactly what they want, when they want it?
JJ is going to give his best for this team and community. Why can't we return the favor?

The QB pool must be extremely poor out there if they are mentioning Jefferson and Heisman in the same sentence.

Come on guy. It's really easy. Even I could participate in a conversation based on JJ not meeting our expectations last year.
Hell, occasionally I crack a joke on the situation, sometimes it's good to laugh at yourself.
But to degrade the senior qb, and in truth, the face of the 2011 LSU football team, is childish.
I've said this until I'm blue in the face. If you expect him to suck, that's cool, don't blame ya, just stay off the bandwagon if he leads us to a W over the ducks.
I have a problem with the people who want him to fail, who want him to look like a fool. People like that are not true LSU fans. They are whiney bitches.

Nobody wants him to fail are look stupid. It is what it is, he is without a doubt in the very bottom rung of SEC QB's and has had more to work with than most. I hope he has a phenomenal year but period point blank he won't.
