b ull crap, the truth never hurts, constructive criticism, makes a team better if the people in charge can look past their paychecks, just because they are paid millions doesn't mean that they don't make mistakes

I can look at it objectively.
I think we will kick some butt this weekend. Either that or win by 1 point. I will be happy, regardless. I just want our team to play their butts off. Thats all I ask.

The Ranters make too many assumptions...UW was much better than expected. Our D Line has work to do. that is just the way it is. How many of the present d line could play on the front four from the 2003 or 2007 d line? They will be good...they just are not there yet. The Tigers are much better off facing some adversity in the first game as oppossed to drumming some weak, smaller school on opening day like they normally do.

I was born in 1985 and very happy we won the game. It's much better to learn from a win than it is to learn from a loss, like OU.

I do think it is stupid the way some are reacting. However, last year when Florida lost to Ole Miss the papers and fan base was going crazy, even to the point of wishing Urban was like Les...But, some will over react to everything Miles says or does - They forget to read between the lines or always wishing Miles would act like Saban...Miles will never win over that fan base because it will always be what have you done for me lately...

We'll see Saturday night. This fanbase is smart, and when you tell them that things will be corrected, shame on you, when they see the truth with their own eyes. Our fans take this seriously, spend a lot of damn money and time, swap work shifts, use thier last Vacation days to watch their Tigers perform. This ain't the place you go to say "well, you win some, you lose some". If thats you, well go watch "little league". Nobody is turning on the Tigers, but don't pee down our backs and say its raining, either!

sunday was the worst; on here at least. BUT, the rational, more mature fan base showed up by monday, many posting for the first time. the latter group, while acknoweging areas of needed improvement showed the true colors of the LSU fan. we are TIGERS baby! and we love miles and we love LSU!!!! as far as newspaper articles, i have seen no "turning against LSU" stuff. maybe the press in Alabama is exagerating, no? they love problems in LSU country so maybe they kinda slant their coverage a little.

Most of the shite that idiots post on here is not "constructive criticism."

I'm with you on this one TBPiccolo. But I have to admit that I was very disappointed with the lack of execution Saturday. Offense looked confused at times and poor tackling on defense. I'm not an expert but they just appeared to be unprepared. I love Les, but that falls on the coaches.
Just trying to keep it real.

Psst...you weren't the only fan that felt this way...but there's a way to voice your disapproval, and a way to be an a-hole about it.

Everyone is talking about how LSU fans are upset about this past week's game. Newspaper articles are being written about it. Opposing coaches are hearing it. Radio call-in shows and this website are the primary places where the venom is being spewed.
The castrophe syndrome in full force.
LSU fans.... please wait for game 2 to be played out. My God.

Do we have real fans who can objectively see some mistakes and then hope for a better showing while cheering for LSU,
we have these.

or do we have a bunch of spoiled imposters who just want to gripe.
and we have these.
i agree with you completely though.
