Another message to Les Miles.

Dear Coach:

If JJ is so fragile that sitting him down for 2 series in a row will destroy his confidence, he's too fragile to play QB in the SEC for LSU.

Signed,

I know right, I mean what decent AD doesn't attend every frat party to make sure the 'student' athletes don't get accused by a lying ho of something they didn't do.

What makes it worse is he didn't stop a 'politician' from having a 'political' agenda.

He was AD when they disbanded the team and fired the coach before even examining the evidence or letting it go to trial.

Just play Lee for a few series Les and get it over with. That will defuse all this foolishness one way or another

Wishful thinking. A lot of these people don't care how successful Miles is; we literally could win every game this year, including the NT, with good D and ST play and LSU fans will be denouncing the NT because it wasn't pretty.

You know it, I know it, LM knows it so why should he give a purple and gold rat's hind part what any of us thinks.

You don't "know" anything. And if Miles didn't care why did Lee suddenly get in the game? Les has always had rabbit ears.

If you don't like it don't go.

You are not a 'stock holder' you are not an 'insider' and you are not an 'expert'.

You (and by that I mean you, me and 99% of the so called LSU Fans that have decided what's best for the team) don't have a clue what's going on inside the team so why not just shut it?

I'll go where I want and say what I want, just like everybody else on this board you internet meanie. How tough you are!! Get your head out of Les Miles posterior Southern Man. He might have a want to fart. But I doubt you'd mind that either.

Rather than booing, maybe we need to send an open letter to Joe so he understands it's not the players receiving the boos, it's Miles.

And that's the part that reflects so badly on the administration and coach.

Miles' deflection the attention away from him and toward the players is really low class.

The other thing that pisses me off is that, by his silence towards his critics of the offensive play calling, he is allowing Crowton to take the heat. I wish he'd man up and take credit, or rather blame, for the offensive plays.

So if you disapprove of the performance on the field, isn't it customary for "fans" to boo? Maybe it's not cool in College sports. In the pros I know they do it regularly. I paid 50 bucks for my ticket to last Saturdays game, I don't feel I got my moneys worth in that game. Although I didn't Boo because It's just not my style, I don't blame those that did.

5. You write your posts with numerical points.
6. You use no punctuation.
7. You think people generally give a schit what you have to write.

Oh, we "demand excellence" alright...of everything and everyone but ourselves.

Leave trash all over the campus after booing your own, but "demand excellence" from LSU.

What BS.

It is more than a little amusing to see the excuses/denials from some when it's the fans being called out nationally/locally cause of their actions which bring negative attention to LSU. If you want to see "whining" from them, look no futher than this thread and a few others of late.

Alleva needs to acquaint himself with basic human psychology, rudimentary public relations, and the character of southern Louisiana. First of all, this letter will only perpetuate the negative coverage of LSU fans. Now media outlets can recycle the same drivel under the headline "LSU AD Chastises LSU Fans For Booing Team." Second, Alleva has grossly underestimated the stubborness of Cajuns and coonasses. They damn well do not like to be told what to do, expecially in TS, especially when they have paid hard earned money for a ticket.

I don't condone booing, I have never done it, but this letter will not help.

I hope I'm not being too naive about this.
I saw the trash, not cool, so you think the fans trashed the campus because of the team performance?

Dear Joe,

Lets worry about competing with the likes of Florida and Alabama in football. Coach Miles is an embarrasment to Louisiana State University and the fans demand a more strong damn team when we start playing real teams this season.

Thanks,

P.S. Lets fix the damn strong basketball team while we are at it.

The fan anger needs to be directed! Booing players is not the proper direction to me. To easily misunderstood by players, coaches and media. I think the fan base needs to direct its anger at Alleva now he has come out on the subject. He ask for replies at the end of his email. If thats what he want s give it to him. TD could flood his email with our feelings on the offense under Miles.

No, but it was hardly a show of excellence by us.

If you want to demand excellence, be willing to put forth excellence.

Not being willing to even clean up after ourselves, does not equate to excellence and neither does the booing of your own when your own is undefeated and 10th ranked.

i say keep booing, let the school ultimately dismantled the 2 additions, make it a 70,000+ stadium again and let the 'real' fans come to the games, not the spoiled whiners who want it all now. run another good coach off and this team will end up a perpetual also-ran !!! good night !

I don't think it will hurt, it's just a way for fans to have their opinion heard. If you watched the offense Saturday night, I would think you would agree they are terrible, If we wait to lose a game before we make changes and adjustments, I think the season will spiral downward quickly

I would never boo. I might join in on a collective groan. Interesting some of the people bitching and booing never seem to cheer. Dickbags

You are a cheap bastard.

50 bucks.

PP kickoff return
Holding Noel Devine to 37 yards
less than 200 yards of offense for WV
Two coffin corner punts
QB lining up under center
TGBFTL
Victory over top 25 team.
Ridley over 100 yards

You are too cheap to go to the stadium...stay home and bitch.

I agree with his message...

I do too, Chicken, but there are legitimate concerns or grievances that the fans, boosters, etc.--Stakeholders--attempt to voice. One should not have to hand in his season tickets, stop donating, or any other act to get across the message that something is amiss.

There are finer points of the contemporary game that escape me but I know that when performance is lacking on the field the answer is coaching off the field. If that does not produce the desired result personnel changes are in order.

I have no personal issues with any of the coaches or players, but there needs to be some improvement of performance regardless of current wins. Waiting for everything to crash is not the right approach, e.g. the current economic crisis. The coaches need to identify and correct problems before they get worse and cause losses that can be avoided.
