He's definitely next level big but keep in mind he's mid workout so his arms are swollen.

I don't think anyone should call Landry weak or whatever for getting trucked in that situation,

By no means am i calling him weak.
All i'm saying is it wasn't some sucker hit. He went into the tackle ready and got demolished.

All that we know about Laron, and all the hard hits he's laid, to see that happen to him shows how scary physical a NFL football game is. That was my point.

Landry in college

Landry now

I mean, yeah the dude is a little bigger, but he was gigantic in college as well. I don't doubt there's a good chance he's using HGH (although I feel like the NFL tests for that now), but it's nothing new for him. And this isn't a situation like Brian Cushing:

Landry has likely gained the weight he has in the NFL because he's able to spend 100% of his time training for football. It's well documented that the guy probably works out more than anyone in the NFL. His work out schedule is insane.

Also, people saying it's hurt his speed and quickness are misguided. Racing Clinton Portis: LINK . Portis ran a 4.26 40 in 2006 at Redskins training camp. Laron ran a 4.35 40 and had a 39 inch vertical. The guy is just a freak.

the laws of physics were not in his favor, at all, on that play. The only way for him to have avoid being trucked or run through would have been to try to take out Jacobs' ankles on that play, and that would have been less likely to get Jacobs on the ground.

that's a fair point, and I don't disagree with that at all. There's a reason why running backs have the shelf life they do and so many great players decline as rapidly as they do.

I think over 90% of NFL athletes use PEDs

What am I missing...his face looks damn near the same. Only he's a grown man now...22 years old vs. 33 years old.

Dan Patrick has been talking for a while about how the word the word on the street is that players will concede to HGH testing if the NFL eases up on its Marijuana policy.

baseball does

They've "talked" about it with the NFLPA, but I don't think either side really cares about it. They meet on the issue to save face

Look at the bitch tits on Cushing.

That's an obvious sign of improper steroid use.

It's even more obvious when you look at his HS pictures.

So he went from that above, to the first pic in the previous post, to the beast in the last one. Nothing fishy at all, right?

Reminds me of David Boston when he played wide receiver. He got up to around 260 pounds. Way too big to play that position at 6'2"....

Kind of odd that when you google David Boston and look at the pictures, there's pictures of Laron that show up.

landry is not the only safety that weighs 225. kam chancellor is bigger than that. hell, landry only outweighs PP by like 5 pounds hard to compare a 6'2" 260 lb receiver to a 6" 225 pound safety. boston was basically built like a 3-4 linebacker trying to play a completely different position. landry is built like a small college outside linebacker and hasn't shown to have lost any speed given he was in the pro bowl a year ago. boston was out of the league real quick after getting too big and then busted for roids. landry has been huge throughout his entire 8 year nfl career as well as at least his last couple years in college.
