With the defensive effort I’ve seen give me some 3 stars that will play with energy. I’m tired of watching top rated in state guys look like crap at LSU.

Ok. It’s great that these guys are currently “comitted” to LSU.
But don’t count the chickens before they hatch.
How many times, even before NIL have we seen guys who were committed, end up at another school on signing day.
What’s stopping these other schools from coming in last minute with a money offer we can’t match?

You either want to treat recruiting with nuance, or you don't.
LSU is either always getting outbid, or they aren't. Make up your mind, then we can have a discussion about it.
