The BRPD fricked this up. Should have been picked up Friday morning.

I don't know if that's true or not, but what is up with all there BRPD news conferences?

Gosh, has a bar room fight ever received this much PD release of info/statements?

And yes, I know it's LSU...still........

Choctaw, if you could give your sucking reflex a break, you might have read that Cash said that LU et al were going to gang bang Lowery. Real classy. The defense of JJ is possibly more repulsive and thuggish than anything JJ may have done.

Nolatig,

I think Lowery hits the ground at the 4 second mark of the shorter version - face first.

Then he's kicked in the back or shoulder at the 6 second mark.

From what I've read here, you are really into dickbags. I just want you to know up front, that's not the way I swing.

I'm sure someone's posted this by now, but Moscona had JJ's attorney on and he said on air that JJ was not involved.

Of course it's attorney-speak but he sounds confident. He said the whole police report is full of misinformation.

Yes, but it the long version you see the fight with the guys in the truck is over, then Lowery hits the ground. This is different than the Shady's employee version that says the Lowery fight happened first. And it is odd that they do not even mention the guys being pulled from the truck as if it were no big deal.

Either way this is a travesty for him. I think BRPD went beyond what they would normally do to make sure they did not have the wrong guy. We do not have access, but I bet there is DNA evidence, there are many many witnesses, not one, He is on video (only recognizable by his clothes).

They didn't say the Lowery fight happened first, they said Lowery was fighting first. Lowery on the ground happened after. Lowery's involvement lasted the entire duration.

Yes.

Lowery threw the first punch. Most likely inside the bar. I think someone said he punched Brad Wing.

The bouncers threw him out of the bar at that point, maybe.

From the Advocate

Neldare, however, said fighting involving Lowery had already begun when the truck pulled up sharply to the edge of the melee.

“That truck stopped right in the middle of the whole altercation,” he said.

The stories given by the two employees don't necessarily add up and if these guys are bitching about how the police haven't come for their testimony, why have they not made an effort to vindicate JJ by going directly to the police themselves? Pretty simple, they can't vindicate them and all they can say is that at some point during the fight they saw JJ not involved in it and pouting as he usually does.

I don't get what your point is supposed to be. Do you not understand that its possible for a person to be fighting both before and after a different event?

Agree. The video is different. They have not come forward becaue you can lie to the media, but not to the police.

Watch the long version of the video. The fight with the guys in the truck is happening and after the fight with Lowery. Unless Lowery was on the ground for a while and they decided to give him a few more kicks.

Look, I'll try to make it really simple. "Fighting" and being on the ground are not the same thing. If you consider the "fights" to be the few seconds that each of the fighters are on the ground, then yes, Lowery was on the ground after the other guy.

Before the long version starts, Lowery is pushing/talking shite to people - fighting. A large group of people is gathered around this.

Then, the guys in the truck are also fighting, sometime after this initial Lowery fighting.

Then, Lowery is fighting badly, aka on the ground.

How is it possible that you can imagine a situation where Lowery is on the ground both before and after the incident with the guys in the truck, but not one where he is doing any other activity?

Just saying Lowery's past and present actions will have any decent defense attorney salivating. Ungelsby and D'amico smell blood.
