I'm not sure what JR's prospects for making an NFL team are but that picture was some time in 2011. I've lost 35+ pounds since 2011 simply by watch my food intake. If he's been working out and eating right, he could have lost much more than that over that period of time.

I'm skeptical but good luck to him.

Imagine the guy next to him is Ronald McDonald.

But I always think of this when it comes to JaMarcus.

It was you..

Also during that one shot he was diagnosed with sleep apnea which would explain part of his so called laziness (falling asleep in meetings etc.)

Sorry, but that excuse doesn't fly. 1 in 3 men in the US population suffer from some form of sleep apnea. That rate significantly increases among overweight men.
quote:

Each unit increase in BMI is associated with a 14% increased risk of developing sleep apnea....

Compared to normal-weight adults, those who are obese have a sevenfold increased risk of developing obstructive sleep apnea.

The purpose of the quotes is to point out the obvious.........statistically speaking, almost half of the entire Oakland team probably has some form of sleep apnea and somehow, miraculously, managed not to take naps every meeting.

Also, as has been reported, on many occasions JR would leave the meetings (presumably to use the bathroom) and wouldn't return. Personnel or players would be dispatched to go "find" JR and bring him back to the meeting. Was he sleep walking too?

He has ZERO chance of making this happen. ZERO.

He burned his bridge with his poor work ethic. He showed pathetic leadership skills and did the bare minimum during his pro career. Not to mention his horrid NFL career threw the Oakland Raiders into the stone ages with their gross miscalculation of picking him #1 overall.

JaWalrus Ruffles as Jim Rome calls him is more delusional than Manti Te'o.

Wasn't like they were on the right track seeing as they had the #1 pick.

He could probably drop 40lbs just by eliminating the late night Waffle House visits. Dude practically lives there.
