This still doesn't make much sense. You go to LSU, are a die-hard LSU fan, but grew up in TX so you advertise being a Longhorn? Why not A&M or North Texas or TCU or any other TX school?

OP sounds like one of the stupid girls on my facebook who calls everyone a "bandwagon" Saints fan because they are pissed about being 0-4. What is the psychological issue with these people?

The point of discussion had to do with the suicidal fans hitting the panic button and surrendering the rest of the season based off of 1 loss. Fans which I labelled "pussies" which naturally, one of those in question, took offense. (note: you too seem to be following suit)

Why put any school on there? We would still be having this conversation and you would still be questioning my commitment as a fan, as you are with everyone else.
Just because you put a tag by your name doesn't make you a better fan. You bought season tickets. Congratulations. I spent nearly 75 thousand dollars to have an excuse to live 1 mile from the stadium, hundreds of folks spent over 200 thousand dollars on expensive RV's they only use for tailgating. Who's the better fan?

I haven't once questioned your fandom in any capacity. I asked a basic question: WHY the Longhorns and not other Texas school? given the fact that you've spent 75k, I would think all the more reason to fly purple and gold all over the place.

I really think our frustration goes back to how last season ended....The team was not ready to play that game and Les certainly wasn't ready to motivate or coach them either. Fast forward to the games this season (maybe Wash. the only exception) and you see the same effort by the offense and coach!!! Should we all just sit around and watch what's happening without saying a damn thing??? You want positives so I guess we can talk about the Golden Girls, the band, and the Defense, but everything is off limits!
