Take off your purple and gold glasses. Our tackles make their blocks fumble don't happen, center doesn't screw up were up 14 points Lsu has issues on oline. That's what I saw. Can they correct if by Florida. Not unless a player siting on bench is better then DW whatever his name is. Losing Faulk was huge. LT are hard to find

but that doesn't explain all the personal foul penalties on us

Ummm...yes it does... those two teams wanted to kill each other and there were PLENTY of personal fouls between both sides BECAUSE the atmosphere was so electric/hostile

Most intelligent post I've read since last night. And for those who didn't take the time to read you - you should!
It sure is a lot different being there than watching it at home.

people don't realize Auburn gave everything they had. You won't see that same type of intensity from that Auburn team till Bama.

Thanks for the first hand account. You could tell on TV/radio that the crowd was loud but I wondered if we were getting the whole picture.

Where were y'all sitting? I was standing at the very top of section 108 in the East Upper, and even at their loudest the Auburn crowd did not get very loud. Maybe it sounded different down on the field.

Bama beats this auburn team by 4 scores I don't think they will win but 3 games this year.

If you believe this, then why even watch the game in two weeks?

I live 20 miles from auburn. Most of their fan base or fair weather fans. In the Cam year they were every where. Man I'm telling you they have been scarce since

Because I watch win lose or draw. Just pissed right now at this tackle issue. Who plays left tackle besides DW no freshman maybe on bench who can step up

Yeah, I knew I would get that from here. But, I thought I'd tell the story for anyone who actually wanted to know what it was like in the stadium and how the crowd affected the game. Unlike any crowd I have seen in Tiger Stadium. This crowd had an LSU-Florida 2007 feel to it.

I appreciate your insight. Thanks

We destroyed Florida last year and beat them last second 2 years ago....they seem to be good again. The swamp will be more hostile.

That crowd looked intense. I can only imagine how loud it was on the field. From watching the game there were a lot of miscues it seemed. I think the noise level, and the hostile crowd got in the head of some of the younger players. All is good. Now they know what it is like and hopefully will adjust.
