In 2007 we had two SEC road games get that infectious atmosphere in the second half. We lost both, to Kentucky and Arkansas. This year was different; the team responded like champions and won that game. There ill be others. If they respond the same way they'll be BCS champions.

Guess I am a negatiger cause the o played turrible. If we play like this we will be 9-4 at best. A few years ago, tuberville benched senior o lineman and put true freshman in. We need to do the same. Josh d and hurst are turrible.

Eh, crowd was much louder in 2010.

I was there, too. It wasn't the crowd. It was the play calling. It was Les. It was Mett.

True....but it was the best shot of a very poor team and we barely survived. With the exception of Towson and possibly Ole Miss, Auburn is the worst team we will face from here on out. I still think that Arky gives us fits in Fayetteville.

Florida will be a tough game. The crowd will be wild. But, I can't imagine it being worse than last night. If it is, Tiger Stadium is not anywhere close to the loudest stadium in the SEC.

It will be a lot louder and crazier in Gainesville than it was last night. We'd better be ready.

Tiger Stadium in its current form isn't the loudest stadium in the SEC anymore. I don't think our fans would've responded the way Auburn's did had we been in their place. People would've left despite only trailing by 2 points in the 4th quarter.

Great analysis. I was there for my first AU road game and that place was electric. After that 2nd fumble it was on.

If mett didn't fumble we would have annihilated them. Funny how little mistakes become huge.

Great post. I could tell by just watching on TV that the crowd was going insane. It was Metts first big time game. Mistakes happen on the road. We figured alot of things out with our O line. Now the staff can make the adjustments. It was a learning experience. Luckily we're talented enough to WIN while learning.

Then, Mett fumbles the ball and gives Auburn good field posion. There was hope. Then, Auburn has one big play down inside the 5 and

metts two fumbles damn near cost us that game. there were other mistakes by other players, yea but his two fumbles were the most acute. and before you blame the fumbled snap on porter, the ball was in both of metts hands. the guy has a great arm and seems to be improving in his decision making but those that call him the mettsiah fail to see he is a klutz with the ball. i hate to see him run because i have a feeling every time he's gonna fumble it.
