I want a new coach badly, but my gut feeling tells me it's not going to happen.

The three reasons that give me pause.
1. 17 mil buyout. Maybe it can be wiped away maybe it can't, but it's a lot of money regardless and one of the main reasons we could never get rid of Miles.
2. Injuries. How many are legit and fake I don't know, but there are a lot of them. Doesn't excuse prior losses up to this point, but an easy sell for O to say he wasn't even given a chance to right the ship.
3. Despite Woodward's track record of the types of coaches he hires. I believe him and O to be friends, and have a more meaningful relationship than the public is led to believe. Regardless of what you think of O as a coach, he is an extremely likeable guy.
I could post a million reasons why he should be fired immediately, and I wish he would be. The more time passes I feel like these three reasons giving me more and more pause.

He’s gone, just a matter of which day they announce now.

This is an incredibly stupid post.

You think after 4-8 they’re going to keep O?

Hell of a contradiction. I think he is a hot headed and inept a-hole but apparently he is really likeable after all !

You do realize we will end up with a losing record this season for the first time in 22 years, right?

I really can’t imagine that he is. I feel like he’s the type of guy that makes everyone walks around on eggshells because he’s liable to explode when things don’t go his way. He seems like he’s on the spectrum, combined with not being very smart. That’s a bad combination.

Anyone who thinks relationships don't matter in the corporate world shows how much of a child they are.

Whatever is best for LSU the options must be weighed.

This isn’t true. They don’t speak very much. Look at pictures of Scott during Kentucky game. Scott doesn’t let emotions cloud judgement. Scott is a businessman. Scott doesn’t make it personal. Scott will do what is right for LSU.
In Scott we trust.

Nice 19th post. I'll be sure to put a lot of stock in what you say.

Take it from me.
Woodward despises Orgeron and can’t wait to make his signature hire for LSU’s head football coach.

Do you truly believe what you posted?

Then why did Woodward give him a 6 year extension when NOBODY would even interview Ogre despite winning the ring?
