Why is it difficult to hear "good stories" (meaning positive toward..) for any other team?

I honestly do not understand the issue.

I get the Finebaum disgust. But, a story about the Mannings and Ole Miss?

Or, some positive piece toward Arkansas? South Carolina, etc?

Seems terribly myopic.

As long as they stream LSU baseball as much as Geaux Zone did and I don't have to pay then I am pretty happy.
I have enjoyed it so far I don't need to just hear about LSU to be interested though.

That's one thing I will not watch but I am not usually home when it's playing so it don't bother me.

I don't believe the LSU QB battle has been discussed in any detail whatsoever on any of the shows.

Maybe because Les has played it so close to the vest that they, like us, dont have a clue.. A&M named their starter already so they had enough material to speculate on..

I haven't seen much on the schedule that interests me. I imagine that will change when live games start.

Then don't watch it. The first day it launched I turned it on to a Saban interview then straight to McElroy talking about Saban. I turned it off and haven't watched it since. I'll tune back in during football season

Agreed

I only watch ESPN for games and that's it.

don't watch SEC network for analysis if you don't like it. I've enjoyed the classic games so far, the SEC now and stuff is ok mostly stuff you say.

I've enjoyed it so far. It's the SEC network and they're working on two teams a night. Last night was OM and MSU. If you don't like that, I don't know what to tell you. It's not the LSUNetwork.

Damn we have a whiny faction of the fan base that is just sad.

Oh woe as LSU

I didn't care when they announced the SECN, and I've yet to watch a minute of it. I'm not sure why I would, especially considering that there are currently no SEC sports seasons in progress. I really don't give two shits about any other team in the conference, so I doubt I'll be watching much of it in the future.

I am just the opposite. I'm glad to get a network that will have anything LSU on it. I'll take it even occasionally. I don't like Finnebaum, he's too Bama, but they'll add more as they grow and develop. I check their schedule and LSU is on it often, that's a lot more than what I had. Having moved to Ms. from La., I'm glad to get anything. It's all OM, MsState, or Bama over here. Some Tenn. and Au.. I'm very glad to get the SECNetwork. Happy.

I watched a little bit Sunday and had the SECn on the tube most of the day yesterday in the background... It isn't as bad as the op makes is out to be. The Heisman winners of the SEC was well done and opened with Cannon.

Yes Finebaum is bamacentric but I get the feeling he enjoys trolling the LSU fans. I myself don't see the appeal so likely will never watch accept on accident. Also Finebaum is awful on SEC nation. Not to say Tebow and Spears were more polished but Finebaum just does not fit in that type of format in my opinion.

Yeah I can't believe they are talking about the other 13 schools sometimes and not just LSU.

he has made a career out of trolling EVERYBODY. It's just that the Bama fans have crawled back out into the light after being missing for so many years during the Dubose/Franchione/Shula years, so now that is all you hear.

Had a friend of mine, sort of jokingly, suggest that this was basically the Roll Tide Network, but they occasionally put other teams on to disguise it as the SEC Network.

The only value the network has for me is game broadcasts, and in several sports.

I get irritated enough on this site without tuning into broadcast-ed idiots.
