if Ensminger moves on then TE can be coached by WR or OL coach
Our current WR coach has NFL TE Coaching experience. Pretty sure Ensminger is easily disposable if Les really wanted to go that route.

Hypothetical question about the # of assistant coaches

NCAA Div 1 Manual (NCAA Constitution)
quote:
11.7.2 Bowl subdivision Football. [FBs] There shall be a limit of one head coach, nine assistant coaches
and four graduate assistant coaches who may be employed by an institution in bowl subdivision football. (Revised:
4/28/11 effective 8/1/12)
The limitation doesn't include weight/strength coach, and a couple of other exceptions.

Baglio's spot is a natural fit for Krags or ensminger

Our TEs don't suck, they just don't get used.
Witness Dickson in the Ole Miss game. He looked like an all-SEC TE against the Black Bears. Wasn't seen before or after that game, which all goes back to the offensive philosophy that has been discussed ad nauseum on here.
Everybody knows what needs to be tweaked and fixed, except for the only soul that can actually do something about it.
