What makes you think Miles will EVER develop a decent SEC QB?

If your position is that Miles delegates QB to his OC, then I fail to see how this question even matters.

FYI, Jefferson completed 61% of his passes with a 6:1 TD:INT ratio as a senior

Jefferson sucked, man. He was horrible. Trying to spin shite into gold is not helping your argument.

When did Davey fail? I recall him being injured for the SEC Title game in which we won, and then I recall him destroying Illinois in the Sugar Bowl. Were you around then? Are you old enough to appreciate the Saban years as well? Serious question...

You just lost lots of credibility with this statement. It may not be the toughest game, but it is indeed the most important.

That statement is more general than it is being taken.

For instance, the most important game for Bama in 2013 was the Iron Bowl.

Or not even that! What big game did Rohan fail in? Davey was a gamer! He doesn't know, because it never happened. Unless you count getting injured as failing, I don't know what he is talking about. Davey was the man. Davie on this years team = BCS playoff.

Unbelievable How could these pumpers even question RD or compare to JJ? Ro was a leader, man, the whole team looked up to him and he never let them down! OK, maybe the OM game , but Ro made up it for the rest of season.
Actually met him at a function was cool as could be

The QB was a good player , not a great one , a lot like what we have now , only he was stronger , harder to put down ,
lost to Ole Miss
Lost to the Vols when Tennessee still had a team , and lost to the gators when the gators had a team , then beat the Vols 31 to 20 for the SEC Championship game . SEC teams is the answer that you are looking for .

You got me. I used a shitty example... had LSU beaten UT on the road or UF at home, the rest of the season would have unfolded exactly the same way.

Let me try again using a better example. In 2006, which would you call the game that mattered most, Auburn or Notre Dame. In 2010, did the game against Auburn or Texas A&M matter more?

In any event, Jefferson is one of hundreds of QBs who couldn't come through for their team in the most important game of their season.

Not while he was at lsu. Its pretty laughable. Miles loses 3 games and he gets blasted. Saban loses 3 games every year but once and lsu is a top 5 program. Such hypocrisy. Saban didnt build lsu. He walked into a team loaded with nfl talen.

I guess you skipped that section of life/education where you learn about "context". Too bad. Really limits your perception.

I'm 26. While I can appreciate them at face value, the larger context in terms of the pre-DiNardo years is largely lost on me. I've been very fortunate.

In terms of the "most important game" for a team, that is NOT a NC for 120 teams. At that point, it becomes the game that most affected the outcome of the entire season.

But you're right about this. Been arguing my point for so long that it's no longer the point I set out to prove.

Never did I believe I would be defending Jordan Jefferson as a QB.

In short, Jennings will improve next year, the QB talent coming in is at an all-time high, and the future is promising.

Miles supporters are the type of people that turn a blind eye to their spouses cheating on them. It really is sad. They just make excuse after excuse! "I'm not spending enough money on her". "My dick is not as big as Bama's. I can't blame her for cheating".

What? We support miles because he just have lsu fans the most successful 10 year stretch in lsu history. I hate our ignorant and entitled fan base.
