In their defense they are way worse than LSU this year, PMAC was this bad last year and the year before for the most part.

Excellent format and insight. This would be a huge win for the team and the school. Huge win.

I'm not predicting that LSU wins the game, but I don't expect Bama to "roll" in this one either. In thier 4 losses, LSU has only been (arguably) soundly beaten in one game, Costal Carolina.

Defense and rebounding keeps LSU in it. If the 3's are falling, (the great equalizer) look out! Early foul trouble in the post and/or abysmal shooting from the outside is the only way I foresee an Alabama blowout.

I only think LSU has a 25% chance of winning, I just like our matchup. I think our strengths of height down low and ability to score the post will keep their post players working hard on defense and out of rhythm on offense.

Great post. I'm looking forward to this game; it should show us what we can really expect this year in SEC play. Bama is probably the best team in the West this year, but I think they are beatable.

It'll be tough to score on them though, so we'll need Stringer, Hickey, and Turner to drop in a few 3's. I'm thinking 3Point shooting will be key to this game.

For what it's worth, Vegas opened with the Tigers as 13 point underdogs but Bama is now favored by 11.5.

Here's hoping that a few Bama bettors lose their Monday winnings when the Tigers take the game.

Damn, 11.5? I'd take those points all day. If we lose I don't think we lose by more than 10

Bama is probably best of what is the football west (no divisions in basketball) but I don't think miss St and Lsu are far behind. I think LSU could go 1-1 vs both those teams and hopefully pull a few games from the "east" and double up ole miss and auburn. That could get us to 10-6 but we have to win at least one of the season series against Bama

I agree with you, and this series hinges on tonight, I have no doubt we beat them at home. How sweet would it be to sweep them this year? Not that it's likely, but man that would show just how far they've come

Does anyone know if Ronald Martin will join the team for this game?

I doubt he made the trip to Tuscaloosa since it was so close to them arriving back in Baton Rouge. I'm guessing his first game on the bench will be Saturday in Fayetteville

Charter should have the CSS channel right? Not positive, but I thought CSS was a Charter channel (maybe it's comcast though)
