well, I guess that the draft settles any debate about that. Shame that many on here didn't appreciate Hester when we had him.

hester is really proving how great he is in the pros.

not like williams wasn't coming off a very serious leg injury either...

hester was overused as far as carries in 07, keiland was underused his whole career. if k.w had gotten carries he deserved, he would have gotten drafted already.

Scored on a 41-yard fumble return touchdown after stripping the ball from Steelers' punt return man. The touchdown helped rally the Chargers back from a 28 point deficit. Continued his special teams outstanding play by blocking a Chiefs' Dustin Colquitt punts and recovering it in the end zone for a touchdown. Made a key tackle that saved a touchdown on a Giants' Terrell Thomas interception return

Right... Les just decided, frick that dude. He might be the best running back we have but I don't think I will play him...

Must have been all those fumbles he had in his career then

keiland will have a better pro career than both Hester and Scott, no doubt

if you agree, you're dumber. Hester is an NFL vet. I appreciate what KW did while he was here, but he won't sniff a regular season NFL game.

A typographical error on its own should be ignored. A typographical error that occurs when someone is insulting the intelligence of others, however, is humorous and should be brought to light.

Give me one reason other than a Rivals ranking to suggest why Keilland is better.

Nope, did you ever see Hester breaking off 70 yard runs against Virginia Tech? Taking swing passes the distance against Auburn? What about replacing Hester on the goal line against Mississippi State in 2007 and scoring, which Hester couldn't?

so you thought it was ok when keiland had a great run miles would pull him for the rest of the game, while hester was punding out 3 yard runs. i love hester, but it was a shame to watch k.w. on the bench most of his career.

The problem with some people is that they dont realize it takes vision to be a good running back. Not just being really fast and cutting on a dime. Not that Hester was not fast. Hester had the vision to be able to hit the line at the right angle and right speed with very deceptive power and gained every inch possible. Both CS and KW did not. Their cuts were lateral and slower, hester's was just slight shifts enough to make a difference and not lose a step. both would have been thrown for losses during the Florida game when Hester repeatidly made first downs and touch downs. they would have either danced around in the backfield or hit the line in the wrong place or wrong angle and lost yardage.
