I agree. Scooter Hobbs wrote during the past week that some bars have squares that you can buy (like super bowl squares) to guess which quarter Lee throws the pick six.

Maybe they'll get Hawthorne to trade places with the Navajo dudes.

good for him.

good for the fans that pay thousands of their hard earned dollars for expecting more from lsu from a team that our second team should smash.

stop making excuses, this si digusting. only four times in over 100 years we gave up 50 points or more, then do it twice this years.
our qb play makes me yearn for jesse daigle.

but everyone wants to blame the fans or hawthorne. bullshite. this is the big league. you dont perform my my 10k then I will boo or leave when i damn well feel like it.

and dont bother withyour fair weather fan crap. could care less, homer. wake up and smell the unimaginable shite that we have out there. it is a disgrace.

He's an average broadcaster at best. Why would you expect anything else?
No he's not. Hawthorne IS THE VOICE of the Tigers and it will be a sad day when "that voice" is no longer broadcasting LSU sports. LSU never skipped a beat from John Fergison to Jim Hawthorne. I consider myself very fortunate to enjoy EVERY radio broadcast of LSU FB I heard with these two voices. To Jim Hawthorne

Doug started laughing.

That was funny stuff. I imagine he was laughing at something Hawthorne was doing that we couldn't see.

If you are watching the T.V. game and listening on the radio, you have to admit that he is very hard to follow, "wide open"; "no gain on first down" (only to find out at the start of the next play it is now second and six); unless it is the other team, then it is, "wide open hole" (for a gain of two.

I really believe that his baseball and basketball are much better. I do not think he understands football. He gets confused and Doug has been more than patient correcting him gently over and over.

I have to say. We had a few chuckles a various points in the game. And yes I stayed to the end.

I would love to hear JH after the blocked fieldgoal last weekend.

I heart JH.

Agree with most except Hawthorne is not as good as Ferguson.
