How are we unimaginative like Les was? That's what you said. Still waiting on specifics.

I’d say he went 10-2 last year regular season. I dont give us and L for the Aggie game.

You don't think our team/program is getting better overall? I think it's pretty clear we are better off now than a year ago. I'd say that means closing the gulf to some degree.
Dude, the argument was comparing LSU to Alabama. Yet, you keep talking about every other team except for Bama.

And no, losing 29-0 is not closing shite. It actually opened further than the previous year when we had a play called worth a damn. But, muh feelings got in the way.

If you add a few more paragraphs you may break the all time record for incorrect statements passed off as facts in a single post.

Go for it!

Bama is at their peak and only place to go is down. But I don’t see them going down as long as Saban is there.

Huh? I've discussed Bama. I mentioned one other team, UGA. And what you quoted from me was about LSU lol.

Ok, I mean, you're gonna feel that way no matter what. And I get it, the results on the field are what matter. Only saying I see our program in much better shape than going into last season. I think our team will be much better and is improving every season since O took over. That is why I think we are getting closer to beating Bama.

So 68th in offense for 2018 ends up being good enough to go 10-3 & number 7 in the final poll. You are comparing LSU playing in the SEC against teams in ridiculously weak conferences and you know it.

Then again, "Statistics don't lie, statisticians do".

Did you not read the "closing the gulf" post? That was about Bama and that's what you referenced in the post I quoted.

There is absolutely nothing which shows there to be any truth in that statement. In fact, since O has been calling the shots the gap between the two programs has widen to never seen before levels.

Some of you nimrods apparently follow LSU in a 1 game season. This board never ceases to amaze with idiocy from the Rantards.

This is one heck of an argument. Lsus defense, without 7 ots against am , was top 5 in scoring defense this year. Lsus defense was in place before ed got here.

Polls don't mean shite unless they are CFP. We were 11 in final cfp.

We finished 4th in the sec. 3rd in the west.

No one cares what sports writers in Ohio think we should be in a final AP.

So I guess Ole Miss, Florida, Texas A&M, Missouri, South Carolina Miss St. and Vanderbilt play in a shitty conference because they are all ranked ahead of LSU with less talent.

No, it's only because of recruiting. Nobody would have played for him if he only had two years left on his contract.

You don’t think there are teams on Notre Dame, OU or Clemson’s schedule that are as good or better than :
2018 Florida, A&M
2017 Notre Dame Miss St and Troy (lol)
2016: Wisconsin Auburn Florida
2015: Arkansas Ole Miss
2014 : Notre Dame Auburn Arkansas Miss St

I watched us lose to 2 other teams that both had first year head coaches in “rebuilding years” that had less talent than LSU.

If Bama was our only loss each year, the “we can’t beat Bama” argument has merit. The problem is we are still losing to other teams we should be beating.

Well it was our highest finish in the CFP.
