Staying at a hotel downtown on Saturday for the State game and was planning to Uber to/from game. Did anyone use a ride share this past weekend?

Was pretty rough for us also. Definitely took the longest ever to get to the stadium. And very long to get to our spot... was at the light at South Stadium and Skip for 15 minutes first in line.

Watching people cross, then gaps of nothing...and more nothing...couple crossers...nothing...watching the line of cars grow behind me...what are we even waiting for??? ... green light, then I nearly ran over someone as they thought they were protected... Nice!

I didn't come across any checkpoints until I got to our actual lot. Extremely inefficient. I've been reading about all the full lots with folks without parking passes. That is BEYOND unacceptable. Police may as well not even be there.

I think WBRZ is doing a small bit on the parking failure today after the Seahawks game.

I bought a parking pass. It was the same one I have purchased for years. This time, no one was there to check it. People were driving in without parking passes. It took me a solid two hours to get out of the parking lot. It was all ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I didn't think things could be worse than previous years....I was wrong! Something needs to be done about this problem immediately. It ruins the entire game day experience.

Which Lot? It sounds like a lot of the 400 Lots turned out to be a free for all.

Do you have a car? Take Highland towards campus. Hang a right on one of the president streets and pay $20 to park in one of the yards. Plan ahead when parking as after the game, you need to cross Highland and go up Delpit to Government or North Blvd. You will be at your hotel within 15-20 mins after getting in your car.

Sorry, but you will play hell getting an Uber after the game.

Use the TRAX shuttle instead. It picks up from the Indigo. You will absolutely not be able to get a ride share after the game. I learned the hard way last year. Not that they weren’t available but there’s no way for them to get on campus since all traffic is being directed off campus.

Traffic being unusually heavy thanks to everybody being more or less local, didn’t help.

Headed to the stadium 41/2 hrs early and traffic wasn’t moving. We figured out that no one was working the lights. Seems to get worse each year. Not sure why. Yet they complain when people leave early. I do because I’m not dealing with that. Now people that think they can roll up an hour or two before a massive game that’s on them.

Just not worth the hassles. Out of control.
