A guy earlier in the thread claimed Wilson would be taking staff members with him. I just said that Peveto was the only one I think would make a move like that, if Wilson made him a DC. This was just conjecture though. I don't know anything. That would be a bad move on Wilson's part, though.

That's how I feel too, but he was going to leave here sooner rather than later. The good news is that we have another great recruiter who can move into Wilson's recruiting coordinator role w/o a problem.

He coaches the wrong position, but this guy did a good job recruiting New Orleans when he was at Florida. He helped pull GW III.

The only reason I could see Peveto taking a DC job for him is because he's not moving up without redemption. He had shots as a co-DC and a Head Coach and bombed at both. He would have to move down and prove himself again. Raymond is on the upswing, and has better potential to be noticed as a Secondary coach here than as a DC in the football Siberia of Conference USA.
