The Bernard-Converse play to break up the first down pass just before OT was huge. Bama has a good shot at punching it in if he doesn't make that happen.
Edit: Also, when the Bama player runs off the field on the 2-pt conversion - "I thought #13 had just had enough." :lol:...

Man, I had to go back and look - but Phillip Webb was a .97 composite recruit with all the big time offers. Amazing he barely saw the field. Recruiting is just a crap shoot at times, hopeful...

Definitely makes sense for the bigger bowls. If the Rose Bowl wants to be relevant again, make it the pre-season kickoff between last year's B1G and PAC12 champions. Teams will be fresh and everyone will play, and it will have a real effect on the season.
The Gaparilla Bowl won't be relevant eit...

Agree with this. I think the NIL is overblown - basically just bringing into the open what was already done and giving the kids more (legal) options outside of boosters.
