I should buy that book. I was unfortunate enough to have been born at just the right time to be a freshman at LSU when Archer was shitting the bed and see all of the Curley years. Kinda pissed that I got outta grad school before the Dinardo era, at least he had a nice restaurant and coach in the XFL.

I don't know what Dean was thinking, Favre was great but it despite Curley, not because of Curley. F that bastard for ruining my college years. The only good thing was tickets were easy to get.

I should've gone to Tulane with Buddy Teevans.

Curley winning at Bryant-Denny when Bama was on their 31-game unbeaten streak was pretty much what you define a miracle as. If Curley could do it, then this year's team certainly can. That's the only highlight I can think of in that era.

When you say "collectable," do you mean something to wipe your arse with?

Hey... she has great eyes.... Cover up the mouth and look... She does however have a crazy smile... Same smile the Joker gives Batman in the old 1970's TV schlock series...

I will forever be thankful for what Curley did while at LSU. He allowed me to upgrade my season tickets considerably.

I got to watch a lot of bad football for cheap back then. The tailgating was fun, the atmosphere was kinda like the USCe game, but it was LSU football.
We were excited to get that hot Southern Miss coach who beat Fla State and other big programs at the time.

And he told the players to leave the earrings at home for their mom as and sisters.

Found a copy of that book when we were cleaning out my late in-laws' house before selling. I read it and got a really good laugh then loaned it to my brother so he could enjoy it too.

I wonder what he says in post game interviews since his go to line - you gotta take that piece of leather and do something with it - really doesn't apply.

Worst Head Coach EVER hired by LSU. We've had some shitty coaches (Tepper), but I'm talking Head Coaches.
