How loud was that place when the defense took the field up 14-0 after Tommy Banks’ touchdown? I was there for the ‘07 game, which was loud AF. How did they compare?

It was my senior year at LSU and I was in the student section. What a night.

It was loud the entire game. Only west side upper deck but it roared the entire game

‘97 game was seriously loud.

but more impressively, it was sustained all night long.

‘07 came in spurts (especially after the USC score).
‘97 was relentless.

One of my first memories. I was 5. My parents had season tickets. I don’t remember the game itself much. I just remember the place fricking exploded when we won.

I was in the student section, it was very loud and I was as drunk as the stadium was loud. I remember riding the field and jumping the chain link fence. My leg got hung on the fence and the though went though my mind that if I didn’t get over the fence at that point, I would be crushed by the crowd behind me

Was in the student section and there were times I couldn't hear the band.

I was a student at the time; lived in the grad student apartments across the street. It was absolutely insane and the only thing else I could compare it to is 03 UGA. I seriously doubt that games get that loud anymore.

Stormed the field after the game too!

I was 10 ... loudest Tiger Stadium game start to finish I've ever been to. I remember everything about it. Fla 07 and Bama 12 are the only ones similar as far as emotion passion and intensity. Florida 97 was so loud after awhile everything was vibrating lol

. Might thoughts exactly. What stood out about that game is the noise was constant.

My senior year as well. Student section used to be the shite. Loudest game I think I have ever been at. I remember ROTC guys helping students on to the field after the game. One of my best memories inside tiger stadium.

Pandemonium. That was worth rushing the field for. We couldn't believe it. Watch spurrier flabbergasted was the best part.

It was loud AF and the most intense game I ever watched in TS. I was a student trainer and got to watch the entire game from the side line...about 10 yards from DiNardo's hip the whole time. At times it was so loud in TS that I would yell to another person standing right next to me and he couldn't hear what I was saying.

I still get goosebumps when I think about the start of the 4Q...

I was a junior in the student section. For me that game will never be topped as a stadium experience.
