Well, youre wrong. He was clearly offsides. He nearly touched the center.

The center's head sticks out past the football... Not offsides...

So all you are saying is that his head wasn't directly over the football? And therefore in your mind he wasn't offsides? That's pretty homerish.

That's the rule. It's like crossing the plane of the goal line. The tip of the football defines the line of scrimmage.

Sec refs sucks, and it is beyond ridiculous because it has been going on for years and they arent held accountable for fricking up their job.

I'm in Austin!

It was a great weekend for me, personally.

TCU beat UT and LSU beat aTm.

Loved it!

This is why we need to play Texas in the Texas Bowl, so we can tell all the Texas HS recruits that we are Texas State Champs (who cares about Baylor or TCU anyway).

Parallax got kicked off the team. That's what started all our QB problems. Why bring that up now?!?

No. I have a PhD in high energy particle physics.

It's a comment, not a complaint. I know that's odd for anything on the rant, but...

Well, apparently those pesky friggin particles bend a little differently than does a straight line!

For the record, I don't believe that it's as obvious a call either way, based on the lack of a camera angle looking right down the line. Not buying the "completely obvious", "refs screwed A&M" explanation.

I think it is very, very close. The ref had the best view didn't think it was a foul. But the "obvious" foul from the camera angle we saw was just a kind of optical illusion.

And technically we're in a curved spacetime, so there is no such thing as a straight line.

it was a smart throw by Allen because LSU was offsides

Well Doc, I know when to keep my mouth shut on football, given some of the Lombardi's on here, so I sure as shite am not going to argue physics with you!
