For LSU to win the playoff this year...

We will play in and win games against 5 top 10 teams. (Although I still think there's a high chance we could drop a close one to Bama this weekend, win out, and still get to playoff).
5 games agains top 10 teams?!
Do any of the other teams in contention have that hard a path??

Plus, two other top twenty teams.
I don't recall all the rankings, but those Big XII teams (TCU, Baylor, Okie State, OU) end the season playing each other. So, on paper those are big games too.

This literally makes no sense.
Unless....Bama finishes both 3rd and 4th in the final poll. Thus they have to play LSU as the number 4 team, and then play another team as the number 3 team. Who am I kidding? That scenario is absolutely ridiculous.

Wouldn't it be ironic if we stayed home and watched them get beat by Florida in the SEC Championship game and then we jumped them because we beat Florida and played in the top 4... BWAH!

The committee would be fricked. LSU would have beaten Florida but Florida 1 loss champ. We aren't bama. We probably fricked. Could easily happen.
