I'm from Ireland and the Guinness is undrinkable in most of the South, their are few Irish bars that even make make an effort outside of the North East and I was just referencing that! They've really made an effort and the results are tasty. ...

Attn Guinness Lovers in Lafayette - Celjun
The New Warehouse 535 in Lafayette has a Bar called the Rhum room and the Guinness draft is quite possibly the best in at least the south. He's worked on his coolers and Nitro/Oxygen mix, got the correct glasses and taught the staff a 3 stage pour and it is perfect. Check it out also the house Rums ...

First off Well done Stadium Rat, that spreadsheet is awesome and the recipe by all accounts is legit. For simplicity sake if I was to swap out the vegetables for some pre cut Guidrys seasonings do you know how many large 2lb tubs I might need instead. Also if we increased the amount of meat would ...
