Mark Dantonio and Urban Meyer have the luxury of Michigan being a dumpster fire since Lloyd Carr left. Bob Stoops has the luxury of Texas being a dumpster fire since Mack Brown left.

Kevin Sumlin hasn't been around for 4 years, but is 0-3 against LSU.
Charlie Strong hasn't been around for 4 years, but is 0-1 against Oklahoma.

I have no idea who Penn State and Iowa's rivals are.

Which leaves Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, and Steve Spurrier... in elite company.

OK he had a yr with a sophomore QB with 1 start and a true freshman QB going into a season where the SEC was stacked like never before.

i seem to recall that last year a certain SEC west team took a practice squad quarterback to within 7 points of playing for a national championship... here's your only hint, it wasn't Leslie Miles and LSU.

See TCU in 2013 under similar circumstances in the strong chested Big 12. Some of u just have absolutely zero clue on what a good coaching year is.

'strong chested big 12'? i have news for ya man, the big 12 is a joke amongst the P conferences. the talent gap between the big 12 and the other P5 schools isn't even close. NFL week 1 2014, there were four SEC schools (LSU, bama, florida and georgia) that had more former players on then current NFL rosters than the entire big 12... talk about not having a clue...

quote:

Some of u think LSU should win the national title every yr because the school was built on an old burial ground or something.

no, but i do think LSU should be in the SEC championship game a minimum of four times a decade.

quote:

Name a coach with these two playing QB last yr that wouldve done any better.

Hint: Its not Gary Patterson.

what is your obsession with TCU and Patterson? Gary is a gimmick coach who was coaching in the mountain west three years ago. (this is the part where you bring up the bowl game against ole miss, like non-playoff bowl games matter)

your love of Leslie Miles can't possibly make that statement true. you're insane if you think we're going to beat Alabama, Auburn and Arkansas this year.
Kevin Sumlin hasn't been around for 4 years, but is 0-3 against LSU.

ummmm,.... there's 14 coaches in the $4 million/year club LINK ... nice try though

the talent gap between LSU and the other SEC west schools is quickly closing... the days of Leslie being able to win games strictly on talent are quickly coming to an end.

Les will retire from LSU and LSU does not need to be in the market for a football coach with the way Les has run the program. He is so far removed from the Saban years and has sustained this job better than anyone since the 70's

just look at texas and mack brown... are you really willing to let Leslie run the program into mediocrity just because he was the head coach of a program that had a big time name brand? there's easily a dozen coaches out there that could do what Leslie does.

Let me guess. You never played any sport have you? Nobody wins on talent alone.

Now go back to one of your other alters and try another approach.

I love how the origin story of Blake Sims continues to grow. In a few months, people will be saying he was a walk-on.

Jim Harbaugh has yet to coach a down for Michigan.
I have no idea who Baylor's rival is.
Notre Dame has no conference affiliation, and therefore no rival.
Florida has been a dumpster fire since Jimbo has been at Florida State.

Better?

Bo Pelini? Seriously? He never won the Big12, even though he had plenty of shots by virtue of the putrid Big 12

Les Miles didn't either. He went from losing 4 in a row to Mack Brown, now he has lost 4 to Saban. Just the kind of head coach we need

You mean he's 1-8 against teams that combined to go 91-14?

The shame!

A dozen coaches that would be willing to leave their respective programs to come to LSU?
Please make a list of said coaches numbnuts.

So they have less talent, less success overall, and a combined 2-7 record against Miles, but they all make equal or more money. And that makes sense in your mind? Probably does, because you're the kind of poster that thinks using "Leslie" is an insult.

you've had facts and stats thrown in your face but you choose to ignore them.....like a retard. and using Les' full name as if its some type of insult is fricking petty and shows just how retarded you really are
