Firing O now would be disastrous...

While the program is in a tail spin, firing O now or this season would ramp it up to terminal velocity.
The brass needs to ride this out and see what happens.
If one must be fired now, fire Alleva.

Another year of recruiting when players know Zero will be fired within the next two years. Another year or two of losing. Lost revenue from people refusing to watch and support this shite show.

No good comes from firing a coach mid-season...and frankly, not much good comes from firing a coach after his first year. I am afraid we are in for a rough stretch, but I just don't see firing people just to make the fans feel better as being the way out of that situation.

It won't happen based on the money situation alone. There's no T Boone Pickens type LSU booster willing to write a 20+ million dollar check.
