Well it is definitely a mitigating factor. It shouldn't hold much weight (ba-da-boom), but a jury is going to feel more threatened by the Mountain than by Tyrion
Off topic, but I think one problem with the courts today is that DA's look for any reason to over-prosecute in order to make a plea deal instead of letting the evidence decide what the charge actually should be

This all began because a poster implied that if a woman gets in a man's face he is justified in knocking her out. I disagreed. Then I said that if the facts of the fight were what the media reported then jalen was not justified.
Then people decided that I was accusing mills without hearing his side. If you read what I posted all the way through and you come to the conclusion that I was condemning mills and have an agenda then I apologize for not being more clear. But i've re-read what I posted and I don't think thats what was said. If you take out phrases like "if these facts are true" or "if he did in fact hit her" then it would read that way.
But you can not just ignore those.

Maybe in the sense you used the term but that it is not the way he was using it to explain his point but I still think with a good attorney it would not have any substance

I think he pushed her and she did a pass interference fake fall and injured herself. You can fake unconsciousness by keeping your eyes closed. That's my wild theory. It's good as any other theory at this time.
