Does the "sexual assault" charge bother you?

I don't know much about the situation ... basically a pat on the butt of a BIG UGA supporter from what I read/heard but who the hell knows.
What I have heard/read is that UGA Richt said that he acted too quickly and should NOT have kicked him off.
Caller into a local radio show said that Miles can't recruit QBs and that Miles failed with Mett. Anyone agree with "he failed" this time?

Doesn't bother me. I think Metts will come in and completely rape the SEC.

I don't like it. It bothers me (minimally), but I'll still cheer for him to do well as a Tiger.

It bothers me because we wouldn't have recruited him normally. What he did, at least what has come out, does not bother me that much.

Women are crazy... doesn't bother me at all

Given how Miles has been known to deal with quarterbacks who can't play by the rules, I doubt he would have brought the kid on board if he hadn't pretty thoroughly investigated his history and his current attitude.

I look at who the "victims" father is and it puts things into perspective.

I see what you did there.
No the charge doesnt really bother me. Im sure when I was 18 I got drunk and slapped a chicks arse. Fortunately...I didnt go to jail for it. Just based on his second recruitment...he has matured.

It was immature and irresponsible of what he did, but he didn't rape the girl. Everyone was drunk and it just so happened to be the daughter of a big UGA booster or alum or someone like that.

From everything I heard about it, it seems like it was blown out of proportion. He did it and was punished for it. I don't agree with it or like it, but I'm okay with him getting a second chance.
He had no blemishes on his record before or after this incident and is not known to be trouble. Therefore, I am okay with him getting a second chance.

Is there any proof of this? I have seen this posted many times but never verified.
For the record, I don't like it one bit and it tells me that--in the spring of 2010, he was immature and self-important. And while I wasn't there and don't know all of the facts, my guess is that this was a little more than something that any college chick would slap you for or throw a drink in your face. Assuming that is correct, then I don't like it at all. (If she is just that uptight that rather than waste a drink she called the cops, I might feel differently).
That said, if the incident knocked him down a few pegs, made him more respectful of women, made him realize the rules apply to him and made him realize that despite his talent he almost lost everything...and if he has grown up and realizes he got lucky and got a second chance and now it's time to be a man, grow up, take things seriously and go redeem himself...I'm all for it and will cheer for him.

Honestly though, it starts to become annoying.
They'll mention it before and during every game like they did Cameron Newton's laptop issue.

He's a college kid. Lots of college kids do stupid things. Even grownups when drinking. This should be forgotten, but because it happened to him it will be remembered. He is the one that will be bothered with it, certainly not me!
