Does anyone else think JJ ends his career at LSU by winning over the fans?

I think JJ will have a great performance tomorrow and will win over the majority of the fans in his last game as a Tiger

Who's with me?

JJ usually performs well in bowls. Ten years from now people will still remember his inconsistent play.

Just look at the JLee thread for your answer. I love both these including all their faults. Hate and derision devour heart and soul once allowed to drive a person.

For the most part but even if he goes 25-25 for 500 yards tomorrow some will always hate him for keeping Lee on the bench.

That would be as fitting an ending to any career.

.... Or because he's a decent running qb but a below average passing qb.

I'm happy that this while mess will end Monday. I hope both qb's can go out as bcs winners, but that won't change who or what they are. Sorry.

If LSU wins by 30 with JJ. . .

. . .they would have won by 31 with Lee.

i think if he has a huge game and leads this team to victory, it will go a long way to leaving a positive legacy at LSU. the inconsistencies and the bar fight will always be there, but he has the chance to punctuate his LSU career in a huge way.

Really hoping this for JJ!! Would love nothing more than for him to have a stellar performance. We probably don't even need him to, to win. With our "D" and great running game, but I'd love to see JJ play a consistent smart game and go out with a title. Give me 15-22 for 215yds a rushing TD and a throwing TD and 35 rushing yds and I will be happy.

I stay out of the QB controversy stuff. Could care less. It is what it is. But I like JJ's run threat.

I hope all 3 qb's get in the game and play well with each guy throwing a TD, add in Shep with a TD pass and we could set a record for 4 different players throwing a TD pass...and we win by a crazy amount of points...not sure if its a record but im sure one of you ranters can look it up

JJ has already won me over for his ability on the field.

I was/am a staunch JLee supporter, but I have concluded that JJ gives us a better chance to beat Bama.

I am still befuddled about the absolute lack of playing time for Lee, but I have to trust the coaches.

Don't think that is right anymore. I am a 'JL lover' and am completely comfortable with JJ starting an playing the entire game if necessary.

I would like to see Lee get a few meaningful snaps - as long as it doesn't jeopardize the game - I think he has earned that.

Without him, I doubt we would be in this game.

I still like the guy - great role model for a team player.
