This was apparently expressed to Dandy Don by some fans after JD Moore went down. What do people expect when you are running against 10 men in the box? It had nothing to do with Moore.

Honestly, I could easily see these people hearing the commentators (who talked thoroughly about Fournette being "less effective" without JD Moore), and are simply repeating that, or they heard it and in light of 3-consecutive 200 yard rushing games...yes he looks "less impressive" , but he definitely set the bar really high. If Fournette rushes for 150+ every game the rest of the season he will win the Heisman.

Fans are saying that bc the announcers were making a big deal about it. It's not that big of a deal.

All of DG's yards came w/o JDM so does that mean he is better than LF??

Yeah that just blows me away. 99% of the RBs would be caught from behind.

That full speed cut made 3 defenders look like the road runner blew past them in a cartoon.

Unreal.

yeah

Moore went out early in the 1st quarter, right?

LSU went on to have the 2nd highest rushing game of the season without Moore

its not a big deal

Even with them stacking the box he was still getting decent yards..

It kind of reflected the offense. Gilmore, who is as annoying as they come, kept talking about what a great job South Carolina's defense was doing and that was after LSU had scored TDs on 2 of its first 3 drives. He was acting like they were shutting LSU down.

What's funny is that his 200 yd games had multiple very long runs. The remainder of his carries looked very similar to the first half against SCAR.

He pretty consistently gets 3-4 yd grinds against a stacked box. That in of itself is incredible.

The entire run was set up by that move...he forced the LB and safety to commit and by the time they realized they took the bait he was well past their angle. Most backs get stopped right there as they couldn't have made that cut and if they had it would have slowed them enough to where the defense could have reacted and made the play.

Yeah...he's VERY fast. And yeah, he's like a bull in a China shop running over DB's who feel they want to try and stop him.

But honestly...it's this kind of stuff that has made him the back he has become this year. Last year this was a stutter step and an attempt to go lateral. This year, it's this and a 90 yard sprint once he breaks a few ankles.

Enjoy it, Tiger Fans...

Those two guys are gay for each other and were trying to imply that Fournette and Moore are gay for each other. Sickening. I mean, when they were demonstrating tackling and the one guy went low, I fully expected him to stay down there for several minutes while the guy who was standing changed facial expressions a lot.

I'd like to personally congratulate USCe for leading LSU for the first time this season. Print the '3-0 1st Qtr' shirts.

Yeah, I never was worried about this game's outcome, despite the cries of panic from Rod Gilmore and that idiot PBP guy who started the broadcast by welcoming us to LSU University.

I was mostly worried about the injuries. Hawkins came back in. J.D.Moore is out "a few weeks". I hope LF only has a tweak and not a high ankle sprain. The latter will stay with you the rest of the season. Trainers gonna earn their wages this week.

Anyone notice even Dural couldn't keep pace with LF on that run? Big Scary Man.

One of the guys calling the game said this a few times.I wasn't able to watch the game until last night and the two guys calling it were morons. In addition to the idiotic comments about Fournette, they seemed to know almost nothing about LSU's schedule. One made the comment that it was very favorable to LSU, especially on the back end. It's like they went to the mall and found two guys and asked them if they wanted to see/call a football game.

Fournette was flat wearing out the Carolina defense. They were completely gassed by the time Fournette was pulled from the game. Fournette could have abused them for another 25 minutes if he and Les Miles would have wanted. If anything, Fournette's effort was more impressive to me. He showed that he has the determination to keep giving 100% even when things are less successful than hoped for.

What a crock of shite!

On that long run for TD not only did he make the safeties look like fools on the cut at the 17 he outran 2 freaking corner backs that had the angle on him to the goal line. I thought is was a hell of a run that not many RB's his size could do if any.

JD Moore is a good blocker, and part of our running success.

There have been more than a few plays that Moore laid a critical block.

That being said, LF7 looked just as impressive, if the blocking wasn't as good.

My grandson has a CC meet this coming weekend in Lafayette, I'm sure the usl fans will be wearing the 3-0 1st t-shirts. They are so lost since ole piss put a arse whopping on their beloved bama.
