After starting Person.

You bring in Newman..cool. Curveball is wicked, pulled just because.
Bring in Bain, left in too long when he clearly didn't have it the 2nd inning he came back out.

Bring in Godfrey with this tight zone and throw breaking balls, lol.

Devall comes in and nails it down...pulled.

Norman comes in and gets the first 1,2,3 of the game...pulled.

He didn't lose us game 1, but he lost us this one.

He was infatuated with himself and the Jack Wholestaff. He wanted everyone to see how smart he was and that it works. And it fails you roll with the guy that's dealing this is inexcusable

And I'm not blind, its obvious TCU has better fundamentals and may still have won this game. But it could've been close.

They have good approaches at the plate, we dont.

We did enough to win. I'd like more hitting but if you keep in the hot hands. Then you are looking at an LSU lead most likely

Could also add that he didn't have anyone in the bullpen when Person was out there. You have a guy who hasn't pitched more than 1 inning for most of the season and you're relying on him to easily make it through 3? Cmon bruh

I agree with your assessment but using the word undefendable is indefensible. I hope you're drunk.

He pitched 3 innings earlier this year, but point taken.

As I was watching this game tonight, I was seriously talking to my GF who doesnt give a rats arse about LSU baseball and literally told her "see, this guy is going to come in and get the job done and he will get pulled for no reason" and it happened 4 times in a row. It almost seemed like PM was TRYING to lose this game.

I'm surprised mainieri isn't wearing those terrible Kim Jong il sunglasses holding a "deal with it" sign and just staring at the camera.

This is probably his worst coached game of the year, up there with Kentucky

Completely agree. I thought he was quick to pull Newman, but wasn't outraged. After that though it was clear that Bain didn't have it and I still don't have a clue why Norman was pulled. Piss poor decisions.
