God I hope we don't get the Cotton Bowl!! A 55-10 loss to whatever BIg-12 Powerhouse we face will do massive damage to our program.

The worst screw job was in 1969. We were 9 and 1 with our loss comming at the hands of Archie Manning (26 -23) and slated for the Cotton Bowl. Notre Dame (7-2-1)then announced that they would go bowling for the first time since 1925. The Cotton Bowl dropped us and all of the other major bowls were already unoffically commited. Some minor bowls offered but the team voted to stay home.

All this talk about the Cotton Bowl is irrelevant anyway. We will finish 9 and 4!! Book IT...

Could you see us against Texas Tec....they would hang a hundred on us....and don't get me started on Texas...stay away from Cotton Bowl.
