Why not go to LSU Eunice or BRCC then transfer to LSU?

Yes, you definitely can. I went to LSU for undergrad and am at Ole Miss for grad school. I have met several LSU fans around town. And as others have said, the women aren't too bad looking here.

Sure. As long as you "keep it real". I may finish my eng degree @ miss state. Doesn't mean I have to abandon ship.

Only if you wear your LSU gear on campus daily.

This is not true. I ended up going to state and could not care less about that program. I went to 2 games at davis wade while I was there. 07 LSU and 07 Bama (when saban got croomed )

Drove from Starkville to BR for every home game while I was there...

Root for whomever, but you'll never escape the fact that you're an Ole Miss alum.

I think the deciding factor is whether you do something that really gets you involved or plugged in. I've been in both positions, but the difference for me was that I was in TGBFTL at LSU and at most if not every football game for 4 years. That formed a connection that I didn't have with Tennessee and turned my allegiance.

I just went to grad school at FSU. I got married right after graduating LSU, and was so busy when I wasn't at school that I didn't care to get involved with anything there that I didn't have to. So I still couldn't care less about the Noles. I actually grew to dislike them while I was Tally.

So what happens probably depends a lot on what you do while at a different school.

Not a question to ask today son.

Don't base a college decision on something like that

As a senior in high school I began applying for colleges. I really screwed up and I am on the border as far as getting into LSU. I would like to attend Ole Miss if not accepted by LSU. Do I have to give up my fan card if I attend Ole Miss?

You will be hated by both sides. Brace yourself.

Indeed, OP has much to atone for.

You must own no Ole Miss paraphernalia under any circumstances.

You must represent LSU hardcore while in class and especially while in the Ole Miss student sections, even if not playing against LSU.

You must be grateful for any irate response that you provoke in this effort to prove your loyalty, even if a it is physical one. Indeed, this type of purification by pain and adversity is good and necessary for your filthy, dirty, tarnished, black soul.

ETA: Consider it pure joy, my brothers, when you are involved in various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. But you must let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

I went to undergrad at LSU, but the majority of Tiger fans I know did not go to LSU. Three of my best friends are diehard Tiger fans, but all three attended ULM.
