its a real tribute to the talent among you and the high school programs in Louisiana !!!
With discipline, organization and an efficient, talented coaching staff there is no telling how good you could have been.
Best of luck to all the seniors and enjoy Orlando...YOU earned it !!!!

Whether you like this staff or not, anyone who believes games are won solely on talent and coaches have nothing to do with the success of a team has never played a coached sport.
coaches lose games. coaches also win games. talent alone means nothing.

The worst coached year I've seen at LSU since the Dinardo era. And we still come out with a good record. Testimony to the talent on this team.

how about 10-2? UF and Alabama were better teams. If we dont lose players in the second half, maybe we beat alabama. We were in the game against Florida but never caught the break we needed. I dont put either of those games on the coaches.
the ole miss game was on the coaches, i wont deny that. they tightened up this week and didnt make the same mistakes against arkansas.
you want to talk about coaching? no matter which bowl game we end up in, Miles has a proven track record (4-0) of fricking smashing our opponents.
im looking forward to a 10-3 season year which for most of you unrealistic pricks out there is a damn good season and keeps us in the hunt as perennial contenders.

If you think 3 top 5 finishes, a current top 15 ranking, a national title, and the best winning percentage in the history of LSU football represents a lack of coaching ability, we might ask where your head might be.

no it didn't
and it didn't have depth b/c saban was still building the program

so he was still building it in his final season?
by most accounts he handed over a well oiled machine that was capable of perpetual motion minus any operators or guidance. By most accounts LSU has been a finished product that Miles and company have somehow through mostly unicorn milk and rainbow dust have managed to not totally destroy.

I appreciate your confidence in Miles, however I see something different. After Sabans players departed, the winning attitude of dominating your opponent went with them. Now that the team is all Miles', we see talent undeveloped and undisciplined. We see player mistakes and massive errors in judgement by the coaches and Head Coach (Mallevito experiment). We see an 8-8 record in the last 16 SEC games and finally 0-2 against AL, FLA, OM.
If you think this program is headed in the right direction...you are on crack. Wake up you fricking moron !!!

Our top two WR's from Texas, top two offensive linemen from Michigan and Texas, running back from Mississippi, center from Georgia, starting tightend from Mississippi, linebackers from Georgia, and best defensive player from Florida think you are a ratard.
