Go read a little about his coaching style and how he disciplined players then get back to the board. It should also be noted, and I believe I speak for most, that Les Miles is mildly retarded compared to Tom Landry.

OP, how many practices have you attended in the 11 yrs that CLM has been HC? Screaming & losing his mind is what you want as that reflects on his intensity & competitiveness? Does that remind you of the FORMER coach at UF, Coach Boom himself? Coach O was Mr. Intensity at O. Miss. He bombed as a HC.
