Predicted 9-3 (losses to Auburn, Georgia, Alabama)

Actual 9-3 (losses to Florida, Alabama, Texas A&M)

Nailed it, expectations not exceeded and on par with great talent but poor head and offensive coaching. It's like we still have Miles, except we can't score against Bama now.

Who knew 10-3, 5-3, 10th best O in SEC and down turn in our D would now be “Crushing it”.
10-3, 6-2 was disappointing in 2012.

The guy was taking up for you. Even he didn't think you were dumb enough to think I was saying Les got blown out by OM and Arky 12 years in a row.

Was he wrong?

Damn maybe that’s what it is. I didn’t understand why he was so angry but maybe he was actually dumb enough to not know what you meant.

Not what I was saying initially Mo Jeaux. My apologies if I overestimated you.

Ed was RC under Miles and was solely responsible for last 2 classes.

Recruiting coordinator is a supervisory/administrative position, Miles decided who got offers and who got in

They lose quite a bit on the defensive front. It would be up to the defense.

O is maintaining right now

O is not maintaining the downward trajectory miles had the program headed in.

He had to stop the decline, recruit a full roster for balance, change the offense, recruit and improve the production at QB.

All of this takes time and at the same time playing in the SEC West.

What truth?

That you knew what he meant but seized on the semantics to avoid the point.

That is what you were doing right?

Don't tell me you're going to use this when practically all LSU preseason predictions for 2018 were shite on.

The response was part of a larger contextual conversation with Ree. But I'm sure he appreciates you white knighting for him.

What decline? Top 5 recruiting classes? 9 win seasons, being ranked? I do believe the media had more faith in Les than O and gave Les Miles teams the higher ranking

I'm saying as per norm, media predictions were wrong in both seasons and hardly something I'd base an argument on.

Which position groups and which years?

QB, WR, OL, DL, LB all lacked depth & top end talent... a lot of "program players" scattered about. That really put O behind the 8 ball as he transitioned into head coach. Really showed in 17' with the injuries we had.
