bullshite. They turned him into a caricature of himself and belittled him at every possible opportunity. Can you imagine an LSU grad being allowed to do a shitty impression of a Bama coach on Gameday and elsewhere for a decade. They tried to make the guy a cartoon, and now they act like they are the Last Defenders of his honor, like fricking moral superheroes.
How about explaining to their viewers WHY the LSU administration and LSU fan base RELUCTANTLY feel we have to make a change? How about a report that details the current LSU malaise and Les Fatigue we are grappling with. All we are getting is SANCTIMONIOUS PRONOUNCEMENTS-but no explanations WHY.
Here's a novel idea.
Tell your viewers WHY.
How about explaining to their viewers WHY the LSU administration and LSU fan base RELUCTANTLY feel we have to make a change? How about a report that details the current LSU malaise and Les Fatigue we are grappling with. All we are getting is SANCTIMONIOUS PRONOUNCEMENTS-but no explanations WHY.

Because 99% of their viewers havent had the success of lsu under les and wouldnt understand. Its why all fanbases that post here think its stupid.
Who is right or who is wrong i dunno. ..but having tunnel vision and thinking 100 other programs would understand is silly in itself.

I don't gaf if they "understand" but at least explain our reasoning. It's journalism 101. Why? Why is Les Miles being fired? Is it really because he lost three games? Or is that just part of the decision logic over many years? And what does it say about LSU fans that many (including me) revere the man, and still want to move forward without him? That actually sounds interesting. You'd think some talking head would take a bite out of that one.

I finally watched the Mark May segment.
It was literally exactly what I thought he would spout. The most simplistic talking points, have to mention 110-32, have to mention 2007 NC, have to mention Nebraska, have to mention be careful what you wish for.
