If you asked me which one would I rather recruit and have for 3 years, give me Alex.

The original post he made said the best pitcher in the state is 30 minutes down the road, and I don't think that is the case. Lange was too good last year to completely ignore it this year, despite his rough start.

Right now, he is most certainly the best pitcher in the state. It's not really close.

Very average talent on display. AD only sure fire memorable position player on the roster. Lots of average through the lineup.

I still like the recruiting and direction of the program. We are bringing in good players. If only PM had someone in his ear to let him know when would be a great time to change pitchers and who to go to. I'd be deficient at coaching most everything else in the college game, but I doubt I'd be worse at feeling out pitchers than him. I'd do it for
we were like 7th in the league this past year. That ain't LSU type recruiting. It shows, too.

We'll be a legitimate threat to win it all next year. There is a lot of baseball to play this year. Stranger things have happened.

Not with CPM he is a stellar regular season coach, but not good in postseason. Other SEC teams have realized the unimportance of winning the SEC tourney. They rest their teams for regionals, supers, cws!

My guess is, the odds aren't great. But you never know.

I have read on this site, where people bitch about not caring our regular season wins. All they care about is Omaha. Well now that the regular season isn't looking promising, we're still getting the bitching. Who'd a thunk that.

This team will be lucky to host a regional with the way they are playing. They aren't doing anything right as of late

Remember when you said we have a better chance to win it all this year than we did last year?

Me neither.

That was assuming this team made some upsets and snuck into Omaha this year, yes I do remember saying that.

This pitching staff is much deeper in every phase compared to a year ago and yet as a whole they have regressed. It's sad to see Poche and Lange pressing in the first couple innings every game knowing any lead lost is potentially the ballgame.

No chance with CPM

So a guy that has already proven he can win a national championship has no chance to win a national championship? LSU fan logic at its finest.

Eh. And your logic implies that any coach who has won a title is capable of winning one right now. If that's the case, let's bring skip back!!

I never said that CPM was going to win another one but I am not going to say he has zero chance either because he has proven that he can. The absolutes thrown around on this board is more of what I am talking about.
