Can this Lsu baseball team win the CWS in next couple of years?

They will be very good in the coming years. Bring in some solid pitching to add to this team and yes they can make a good run.

I said it after we went 1-2 last year in Omaha. Won't see again till 2017 at the earliest.

Yes, they were, but don't act like it was some sort of Tiger Rant wishful thinking that they'd be good. They were a proven commodity. There was really no debating the staff, yet here we are.

I mean surely you know a lot hinges on how the draft affects this incoming class.

If Mainieri can't take the young guys on this team who will be juniors and seniors in a couple years on a deep run in Omaha, then he needs to gtfo.
