IMO. Beckwith is the most improved player on the team.

Aranda could make White a GOAT candidate.

As good as Beckwith has been, he's never approached Minter's 2012 season. 130 total tackles, 1 interception, 15 TFLs, 4 sacks, 5 pass breakups, 6 defensed, 1 forced fumble.

Generally you dont want defensive players with gaudy stats because it usually means the defense has trouble getting off the field or your offense isnt giving your defense time to rest

Dude he is fast but nowhere near Michael Brooks speed and quickness. Brooks routinely ran plays down from the back side and ran down some fast rbs from the backside. Beckwith is good but Michael Brooks is easily the best Lber I have ever seen at LSU. Have seen em since 1972 Brooks is the best

Up until this season I'd've agreed with you but after watching him this year I dunno it's a close one. James was as smart as you'll ever see and was a very good athlete but beck is more athletic and when he hits you you go backwards that's special Faulk and James made alot of tackles but they hung on a lot and were on the field a lot more.

Ageee where u r coming from....expectations wise

But Arden Key would have at least 16 sacks if he went held so damn much & still on double digits. Been an absolute monster.

Yea after seeing Beckwith play would take him over Bradie in college that is. Bradie was a pretty good pro for several years but would still have Minter ahead of both

If I had to choose between Minter and Beckwith, I'd choose Beckwith. None of the aforementioned linebackers had Beckwith's combination of size and speed.

I graduated from West Monroe so there maybe a little bias in my opinion.

He was a starting mlb for almost a decade in the nfl. Not many lsu lb can claim that amount of nfl success.

James was a 1st team all american in 2002. Was a 2 time 1st team all sec lb.
In his true sophomore season he was 3rd in the sec in tackles at 110.

Bradie james is one of the most accomplished lbs in sec history not just lsu history.

When my boys first started playing against him, he played QB. Very athletic, could see it even then. And comes from a great family, really enjoyed talking to them. Wish that young man all the best.

If only you were even half as smart as you think. Good god. KB has a higher ceiling than any of those, and I watched them all play.

That's silly. Statistically, the 2012 defense gave up one less yard a game than this defense.
